I must share this silly crazy cactus...I love these insane characters created by some of my lampwork friends...I broke down and bought this great tutorial from ardvarkartglass ...Her work is silly, crazy, unique and fun...I just had to give it a go since I love anything having to do with the desert southwest...

MONDAY MEDITATION...

A Father's Day Message...

Happy Father's Day to all of those dads out there...

Today was an absolutely beautiful day weather wise...Couldn't ask for a more perfect day with all of the rain we've been having...The day started with breakfast, or course...A drive to the cemetary to visit our dad's (mine and my husband's)...A phone call while at the cemetary from #1 son, who lives out of state...I know that made my husband's day...Then #2 son, who is 9, decided he wanted to take a fishing trip with us and rent a boat...Off we drove and decided to go with the plan...We had a great time...Caught lots of seaweed but no fish...

Happy Father's Day to the man I love,

the wonderful father of my kids

and my partner for life... ♥

Baltimore HON FEST 2009...

So here we are having a BLAST and the Hon Festival in Hamden...The 4 of us had a blast dressed with our wigs and glasses supplied by our purple haired friend who owns the best costume/dance shop in Baltimore, Artistic Costumes and Dance Fashions...We started off at the Egyptian Pizza resturant for dinner and then headed down to the festival...We were stopped by so many people asking to take our picture...We danced to disco music and had a great time...

Sick, Under the weather, Not feeling good...

Whatever you want to call it...I had it the past few days...Started last Friday and is moving from the head to the chest...I actually broke down and saw the doctor yesterday...Totally not like me...Z-pack it is...Miraculously feeling well enough today to go to work...

I haven't done a lot of sharing from my Etsy Shop on my blog but I think it's time I start...
