Whoa It's Wednesday...

Well, I missed posting my Tuesday's Treat...Did we have Tuesday this week?...Man the time flies...So here I am at lunch on Wednesday afternoon and thought I'd post something very special to me...It's the Metta Prayer...My dear Etsy friend, Maia from miaart has created a lovely 5x7 of one of my favorite grounding prayers...So here it is...
