For the Love of Trees...

I sit and gaze out the window at the swaying trees of winter...So intrigued by their bareness...Aren't they cold?...Where do the birds and squirrels hide?...I know they come out to eat the seed we leave for them...The trees whistle and hummm in the wind...They look so peaceful covered with snow...I love the trees of Winter, don't you?...

into the second round and here is what my day looks like so far...well, the studio is finally warm and toasty but of course now i have to find the time to torch...having the kiddies home from school is draining...

SNOW - ICE - The word of the day...

Another day of snow and ice...Schools are closed again, that's 3 days in a row...What to do, what to do...I have to say I love the snow but the ICE, well that's another story...Time to go play video games, board games and hopefully some fun crafty activities...
